Here’s some great news for all the ‘tweeple’. Sending tweets while on the move just got a little simpler. That’s right! Twitter recently unfurled its new mobile interface. The company’s old mobile website has been revamped to enhance the Twitter experience through mobile phones shares the official Twitter blog.

Using the company’s API’s efficiently, the active developer community at Twitter now offers a mobile website that completely incorporates Twitter functionality. Users always on the move should be able to take complete advantage of the new features on Twitter mobile via their phones.

The innovative website ‘M’ claims to have been built right from scratch. The entirely new web client for mobile has been fabricated using only Twitter APIs. To access the site users simply need to point their phone’s browser to mobile.twitter.com.

Sporting a completely fresh look, the site is bundled with some new touches that should take the mobile experience on Twitter to completely new levels. Designed to be a bit more fun and helpful, the new Twitter mobile preview should operate efficiently on @Webkit browsers. Android, iPhone, Nokia S60 and Palm Web OS phones all have these browsers pre-installed. Though browsers like @BlackBerry should also work, the company still has to fine tune the site for it.

Twitter will start switching everyone who uses ‘m’ in phases to automatically receive the new mobile web client. (techshout)
